EDMONDS CENTER FOR THE ARTS 2021 AUCTION ITEM DONATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in donating an auction item to the Edmonds Center for the Arts Virtual Gala & Auction to be held on Friday, September 24, 2021. Please fill out this form with the details of your donation, including a detailed description, restrictions, and expiration dates as they will appear in our Auction Catalog.

We require one donation form per each donated item. All online donation forms must be submitted by August 31, 2021.
The final step to complete your donation is to send an image of the item(s) to katherine@ec4arts.org.

Donations with no image cannot be marked as complete.

We ask that you hold on to your donated item(s) until you are contacted by an ECA representative with further details on item delivery/pickup. We will mail you a tax receipt for your donation after the Gala. Should you have any questions about your donation, please contact katherine@ec4arts.org.
